When you apply or book, we collect the details you provide: your name, email, phone number, address, information about your animals and household, service dates, and any notes you choose to share. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
Your information is used only to review your application, communicate with you, schedule and deliver services, process payments, and care for your home and animals. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Home access and household details
Keys, alarm codes, and household instructions are shared only with the person caring for your home and are kept in confidence. Confidentiality agreements are available on request.
Who we share it with
We share information only with services needed to operate our practice (secure hosting, email delivery, payment processing, and calendar scheduling), with your veterinarian when you authorize it, or when required by law.
We send emails related to your application and bookings. You may unsubscribe from non-essential messages at any time using the link in any email.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by writing to concierge@leashandgate.co.
